Responsibilities – The job of designing a web site can take some time. It can be completed within five days or even lesser. However, a large project can also take up many months to complete. The team is responsible to fulfill these goals in proper time and through effective communication.

He has to meet the main goal, deadline, by using his resources in a cost effective manner. A certain project goes through four stages before completion.

Firstly, the conceptualization process takes part where the primary goal and technical sides of a project is stated and defined. Planning is the next stage where all work is described in details. The schematics, speciifctions, deadline are discussed. Execution comes next. During this time the work is performed and the site gets created and fabricated. The last stage refers to termination when the entire finished project is handed over to the client.
