What is Web Designing?

Web designing is an art of creating various presentations of a content, which is usually hypermedia or hypertext. Such fundamentals such as bit mapped images, text and forms could be also placed on the required page using XHTML/HTML/XML tags. If displaying is needed of more media like animations, sounds, videos and vector graphics then some plug-ins like run-time environment, java, Quick time, Flash etc. are required. Plug-ins can also be fixed on the web page by the usage of XHTML/HTML tags.

Getting an improvement in the browsers compliance as per W3C standards initiated a widespread acceptance as well as usage of XML/XHTML in combination with CSS to manipulate and position web page objects and elements. Web pages can be classified as dynamic or static:

Dynamic content usually is compiled using server-side scripting terms like PHP, ColdFusion, JSP, Perl, ASP etc. on server. Both approaches are basically used for complex applications.

Web designing is a type of graphic designing planned for the development as well as the styling of elements on the Internet’s info environment.
