In web designing you can change the content with help of script languages like JScript, Java Script and something known as Actionscript. However, you have to be specific and learn the basic difference between web development and web designing.

The information and the features should be such so as to perfectly suffice the several needs of consumers. The art of designing a web page involves a number of disciplines like authoring, corporate identity, human computer interaction, interaction design, photography, typography, animation, communication and graphic design, information architecture, marketing and search engine optimization.
Web designing is a modern concept. It is a form of technical art which keeps you updated with several related information and presentations. Not all can become a web designer. You have to learn the art and adopt the speciality of web designing. To design a web you need specific skills and aptitudes. It is better if you have a natural talent of forming designs in your mind. You have to create designs on your own. No body can teach you doing that. It is only that you have to learn how to execute those designs on a web page.
